A Letter To Our Sponsors

To our supporters,

2023 was an amazing year for all of us and we can’t thank you enough for being a part of it. While our year here wasn’t as impressive as we aspired, we did hit some amazing benchmarks for our small group. Because of the participation of partners like you, we were able to raise over $150,000 toward ending pediatric cancer for our children and almost $100,000 more for the year to help with general philanthropy in our local communities. There is no way to measure the impact we are having on children with cancer and their families. But above and beyond the pediatric cancer contributions, we have impacted over 500 Texas youth through stock show donations, individual contributions and school scholarships. There are no words to express our gratitude, and we hope that you are as proud of this feat as we are.

That’s why it is our hope to continue our relationship in 2024. The DVSC would like to extend an invitation to the 20th Annual Baker’s Boil for Kids on April 27, 2024. We would, also like to offer to you the opportunity to continue to support. As a former sponsor, we always like to include the option for returning partners to continue their corporate partnership and donation level. Nothing would make us happier than seeing all of you here with us again this year, participating with us in the fight against childhood cancer and making a difference for our kids at St. Jude’s and Texas Children’s Research Hospitals.

As always, you would be a featured host with an opportunity to speak to all the participants and guests, would retain logo recognition on all banners, stages and social media postings, and would have rights to the event with your team members and ours.

Rules and sign up information can be found here on our website, or you can let any DVSC member know how many teams you will have participating this year. We will, also make preparations for any visitors that just want to come hang out for the day.

As always, we appreciate all of you and look forward to another great year together.
